Traditionally, the greatest concerns about using offshore development have centered on language and cultural barriers. These, in turn, usually lead to worries about product quality and control. We have learnt over the years that there are, however, some common sense steps that you can take to alleviate these concerns and ensure the successful, efficient, and cost-effective use of offshore development resources.
Hence without compromising on quality and without the long term commitment of retaining staff one can achieve all one wants. This would mean that one can be as lean and flexible so that in today's scenario when the market conditions change so fast the companies can adapt themselves.
